Seasonal Cooking Demo: Adam Carpenter

Stop by the CUESA kitchen for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Executive Chef Adam Carpenter has spent most of his adult life in the restaurant business. After graduating from Diablo Valley College's culinary program, he has worked at Blackhawk Grille, Napa Valley Grille, Left Bank Brassierie, and Grand Café in San Francisco, and is currently the Executive Chef at Jasper's Corner Tap and Kitchen.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11am are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
