Join Kitchen on Fire's Olivier Said and Chef MikeC. in the CUESA kitchen for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Olivier and Chef MikeC. are co-founders of Kitchen on Fire hands-on cooking classes and co-authors of Kitchen on Fire!: Mastering the Art of Cooking in 12 Weeks (Or Less).

All demos take place in the CUESA kitchen under the north arcade of the Ferry Building and are free to the public with recipes and samples for all.
