INGREDIENTS
3 cups tomatoes
¾ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg, grated
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, packed
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, packed
2 teaspoons sea salt
2 cups water
Tarragon sprigs, for garnish
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between bowls and garnish with a tarragon sprig. Enjoy.
