Sponsorship Opportunities

There are many ways to support CUESA’s work: participate in one of our educational programs; shop from local farmers and artisans at one of our farmers markets; attend one of our fundraising events; or, consider becoming a sponsor of one of our programs, markets or events.

Examples of education program areas that can be enhanced through sponsorships include the Schoolyard to Market Program, Market to Table Culinary Programs, Farm Tours, Evening Lectures, Discovery Stations & In-Market Exhibits, and our weekly electronic newsletter. These programs can be supported at a variety of levels.

A sponsorship of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market, which is visited by over 25,000 shoppers each week, provides funds which support the complex operations of our popular markets. Updated market signage, tents, maps, brochures, Veggie Valet services, and the Information Booth, for example, are possible, in part, because of the ongoing support provided by local sponsors.

We also rely on event specific sponsorships for our three largest annual fundraising events: Spring Breakfast, Summer Reception, and October’s Sunday Supper. These events can be supported at a variety of sponsorship levels.

Product Donations

In-kind donations are also helpful. It’s possible to support market operations and programming efforts with donations of products and supplies, such as computer stations and office equipment, speakers and microphones, digital projectors, kitchen appliances, tables and chairs, etc.

If you would like to learn more about sponsorship or product donor opportunities, please contact CUESA Executive Director Dave Stockdale at dave@cuesa.org or 415.291-3276 X 107.
