Cocktail: Barbary Flip

Makes one cocktail


INGREDIENTS

1 ounce Sagatiba Velha
3/4 ounce SKYY Infusions
1/2 ounce Benedictine
1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
1 egg white


PREPARATION

  1. Shake all, strain into a champagne coupe.

  2. Garnish with three thin-sliced strawberries doused in Angostura Bitters, and serve.
