Cocktail: Fall For This

Source: H. Joseph Ehrmann, Square One Vodka.

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS

1 ounce Navan
1 ounce Square One Cucumber Organic Vodka
3/4 ounce lemon juice
ΒΌ of a Bartlett pear

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing glass add the pear in pieces and muddle. If using juice, simply add the juice. Add the remaining ingredients and cover with ice.

  2. Shake well for 10 seconds and Hawthorne strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
