Cocktail: YO HO HO

Source: Sierra Zimei, Season Bar at the Four Seasons San Francisco.


INGREDIENTS

2 ounces Batiste Rhum
3/4 ounce Limoncello
1/2 ounce Rose Champagne
2 large strawberries
4 basil leaves

PREPARATION

  1. Muddle strawberries and basil in a pint glass.

  2. Add rhum, limoncello and ice.Shake and strain over ice in a collins glass.

  3. Top with rose champagne.  Garnish with basil leaf.
