Summer of Love at the Farmers Market

The 50th anniversary of the 1967 Summer of Love is in full swing in San Francisco, and the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market is bursting with locally grown strawberry fields forever!

The organic movement took root in the 1960s, and the spirit of idealism and innovation lives on with our visionary local farmers and food producers who are transforming our food system for the better, nourishing people and the planet one sustainably grown fruit and vegetable at a time.

Feed your soul, your community, and your belly at CUESA’s Ferry Plaza Farmers Market on Saturdays (8 am to 2 pm) and Tuesdays and Thursdays (10 am to 2 pm) year round, rain or shine!

Love is always in season at the farmers market, but summer is peak time for strawberries, blackberries, figs, peaches, plums, cucumbers, summer squash, peppers, eggplants, and tomatoes in a kaleidoscopic array of colors and flavors.
