Seasonal Cooking Demo: Colin Duggan

This week join Colin Duggan, Executive chef of Urban Tavern.  Chef Colin’s cuisine is as diverse as his experience while remaining deeply rooted in his Midwestern upbringing.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
