Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Chef Morgan is the executive chef at Lolinda, the newly opened Argentinean-inspired steakhouse. Chef Morgan’s Pan-Latin menu is infused with Californian flare and is composed of small hot and cold plates. He has cooked in Japan and Spain including at the three-star Michelin Restaurant Akelarre in San Sebastian, Spain. In San Francisco, he was the former executive chef at Ozumo. Chef Morgan is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy’s Le Cordon Bleu program and Escuela Gourmet ARCAM (San José, Costa Rica).

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
