Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Chef Jenish is the executive chef at Grand Café, a French restaurant and bar in Union Square. Influenced by southern France, the menu features Jenish’s dedication to classic French flavors and her passion for sustainable, locally-sourced ingredients. Jenish has traveled through Italy, France, and Spain eating and cooking. She has worked in various restaurants in the Bay area such as Bizou, Café Rouge, Le Petite Robert bistro, and Lark Creek Steak.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
