CUESA | Market to Table Demo: Jen Musty

Ferry Plaza Farmers Market »

Sat 8am–2pm | Tue & Thu 10am–2pm

Saturday, March 2, 2013 - 12:00pm to 12:45pm

Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
Jen Musty is the founder of Batter Bakery, a unique bakery that specializes in artisan-crafted baked goods that are the sophisticated, grown-up versions of ‘what your mom would make.’  Jen is a passionate self-taught baker and entrepreneur.  After starting her business in a colorful kiosk in San Francisco’s Financial District and a travelling ‘Battermobile’, she has now established a home on Polk Street in Russian Hill for her lovely sweet treats.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
