Jessica Goldman Foung’s first cookbook, Sodium Girl’s Limitless Low-Sodium Cookbook will be released soon.  She also regularly writes for Edible San Francisco, Stanford Hospital, and, and hosts the blog on keeping a limitless low-sodium life.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
