Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. 

Pooja Mottl is a professionally trained natural and whole foods chef, culinary instructor, and healthy living expert based in San Francisco, California. She is the author of the upcoming book, ‘3-Day Resets: “Teaching Your Tastebuds to Love Healthy Food” (Seal Press, 2014), She is also the CEO of Pooja’s Way, where she advises private clients on healthy eating. Pooja is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute, a leading institution for pairing culinary training with health promoting food. Pooja also holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University. She teaches cooking classes at Whole Foods Market and is a regular contributor to Huffington Post and Gaiam Life.
