Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
Chef Song is the executive chef at Hog & Rocks, a gastropub that boasts itself as being San Francisco’s only ham and oyster bar. Since joining Hog & Rocks, Chef Song has created an inventive menu influenced by Northern Californian cuisine that pairs well with an extensive list of seasonally-rotating cocktails. Previously, Chef Song worked at various Bay area restaurants including Ame, Haven, and Plum.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
