Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Executive Chef Andrew Court brings three decades of experience and a lifetime of passion for cuisine to his role at the iconic Fairmont San Francisco.

As a chef and new resident of the Bay Area, he is excited to continue to grown the strong relationships that The Fairmont San Francisco has forged with our wonderful region’s best purveyors. He recognizes that these local ties are what enable The Fairmont to create authentically local, seasonal menus and create vivid dining memories for its guests.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
