Your Food, Your Vote: A Candidate Forum for State Assembly District 17

Monday, October 6, 2014 - 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Please join us for a food-focused forum with the two candidates for State Assembly District 17 (central and eastern San Francisco). David Campos and David Chiu, both currently serving on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, will share their perspectives on food security, urban farming, sustainability, and other food and agriculture policy issues as they relate to San Francisco and California. The forum will include prepared questions as well as questions from the audience, moderated by Jason Mark of Earth Island Journal.

This event takes place at San Francisco LGBT Community Center, Rainbow Room, 1800 Market Street. Doors open at 6:30, forum begins promptly at 7.

All guests with reserved seats must arrive by 6:50 to guarantee admission. The remaining seats will be made available beginning at 6:50 on a first-come-first-served basis.
