Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Nick Rappoport is a Bay Area native who began his career as an apprentice under Chef Manuel Azevedo of La Salette Restaurant in Sonoma. An integral part of the Luke’s family, Nick’s commitment to building fresh, local, seasonal plates is derived from his time at restaurants such as The French Laundry, Serpentine, and Outerlands. His travels throughout Spain, Italy, and France have likewise enriched Nick’s approach to cooking. Inspired by simple, delicious meals, Nick is dedicated to curating a menu that incorporates the best of local, seasonal ingredients and flavor.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
