Rachel Bolden-Kramer, author, My Food Stamps Cookbook

Sunday, May 6, 2018 - 12:00pm to 12:45pm

Stop by CUESA’s Jack London Square Farmers Market in Oakland  for a cooking demo with Rachel Bolden-Kramer, author of My Food Stamps Cookbook, featuring the seasonal bounty of the Jack London Square Farmers Market. The cooking demo will be followed by a book signing.

Rachel is a Harvard-educated baby momma leading a revolution for low income, high potential communities to eat better so they can live better. She takes extra special care of her fellow baby mommas so the next generation can have happy and healthy habits passed down to them. Rachel overcame the welfare system with radical nutrition and you can too!

All demos take place at the CUESA Classroom (in the Palm Plaza at Embarcadero West and Webster Street, near the Info Booth) and are free and open to the public, with samples and recipes for all.
