BYO Bag Day at Mission Community Market

Thursday, September 5, 2019 - 4:00pm to 8:00pm

As part of CUESA’s Zero Waste celebration all month, join us for BYO Bag day at CUESA’s Mission Community Market. Bring your reusable totes and other bags from home, and fill them up with fresh fruits and vegetables from our local farmers!

  • Receive $2 in market coins when you bring your own reusable shopping bag from home and show it to us at the CUESA Info Booth (offer valid one per customer).
  • Bring the kids to the CUESA Kids’ Corner to decorate their own FREE mini market tote bag.
  • Receive a $2 discount on CUESA market tote bags.
  • Visit the Recology tent to play a sorting game and learn more about reducing waste (5-7 pm).
  • Enjoy live music, featuring La Gente (4-6 pm) and Borogroves (6-8 pm).

Mission Community Market takes places on 22nd Street between Mission and Valencia. The market is accessible from the 24th Street BART station, as well as the 14, 49, and other MUNI lines. Find Bay Area transit information, maps, and schedules at www.transit.511.org.
