Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Yana Gilbuena is a 1.5er Filipina immigrant chef and author who has traveled to all 50 states and beyond bringing regional Filipino cuisine through her pop-up kamayan dinners, known as SALO Series. Dubbed as the Queen of Kamayan, she calls San Francisco home but is often away traveling and popping-up in different countries. Her goal is to bring kamayan to all seven continents. She is the author of the cookbook No Forks GivenFollow her (mis)adventures on Instagram at @saloseries

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
