Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Crumble & Whisk is a seasoned bake shop in the heart of San Francisco. Charles Farrier started the business in 2013 with a passion for the artistry of cheesecakes. With the assistance of the La Cocina business incubator program, he was able to expand and offer his cheesecakes to a wider audience. His cheesecakes range in size from bite-sized, mini, and large, with some popular flavors highlighting seasonal ingredients. Crumble & Whisk takes pride in presenting creative and artistic styles of cheesecake at the farmers market, including berry and beet, strawberry, roasted peach crumble, and spicy Mexican chocolate. Crumble & Whisk also offers vegan and sugar-free options.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
