Feed Hospitality

When restaurants and bars were shut down due to pandemic, the livelihoods of thousands of members of our hospitality community disappeared overnight. Local farmers who sell directly to restaurants also lost critical sales and distribution channels for fresh food. Launched in April 2020, CUESA’s Feed Hospitality program provides fresh produce boxes from local farms to unemployed hospitality workers in need, while supporting small family farms.

“This program means so much right now. It is a literal lifeline for us. With so much uncertainty in our industry in this time, these boxes not only feed us and keep us healthy—they give us hope.”

—Nora Furst, Feed Hospitality participant (read more)

Support Feed Hospitality

Donate to support our hospitality community and local farms through the COVID-19 crisis and beyond. Help us provide a vital lifeline between hospitality workers and small, sustainable farms in this time of great need. Your tax-deductible donation of $25 directly pays for one weeks’ worth of fresh, healthy produce for a hospitality worker and their family. Help us feed the people who feed us, so we can weather this crisis and come out stronger together

Feed Hospitality has been generously supported by Bacardi, Banks Rum, Beam Suntory, Campari Group, El Silencio Mezcal, Fernet Branca, Fords Gin, Grey Goose, Hangar 1 Vodka, Heaven Hill Distillery, Hennessy, Jack Daniels, Lo-Fi Aperitifs, Mezcal Amaras, Plantation Rum, Rémy-Cointreau, Royal Dutch Distillers, Saint Benevolence Rum, San Franpsycho, Sonoma County Distilling, St. George Spirits, USBG SF Chapter, William Grant & Sons, and Woodford Reserve.
