Feed Hospitality

Donate to feed our hospitality community and support local farms through the COVID-19 crisis.

Help us distribute fresh produce boxes to hospitality workers in need. When restaurants and bars were shut down, the livelihoods of thousands of members of our hospitality community disappeared overnight. Local farmers who sell directly to restaurants also lost critical sales and distribution channels for fresh food. Help us provide a vital lifeline between hospitality workers and small, sustainable farms in this time of great need. Your tax-deductible donation of $25 directly pays for one weeks’ worth of fresh, healthy produce for a hospitality worker and their family, while supporting local farms. Help us feed the people who feed us, so we can weather this crisis and come out stronger together.

Donate Today and Your Gift Will Be Matched

Thanks to our Feed Hospitality donors so far, we have raised $25,000, providing more than 500 produce boxes to food and beverage workers in need. With the support of Hangar 1 Vodka, we aim to raise $45,000 more by June 30 to serve an additional 1,125 produce boxes. Hangar 1 is donating $15,000 and will be matching all donations up to an additional $15,000 through June 30. This means your donation will go twice as far getting healthy food to hospitality workers in need!

Additional donations have graciously been made by Bacardi, Banks Rum, Campari Group, El Silencio Mezcal, Fernet Branca, Fords Gin, Grey Goose, Hangar 1 Vodka, Heaven Hill Distillery, Hennessy, Jack Daniels, Lo-Fi Aperitifs, Mezcal Amaras, Plantation Rum, Rémy-Cointreau, Royal Dutch Distillers, Saint Benevolence Rum, San Franpsycho, Sonoma County Distilling, St. George Spirits, USBG SF Chapter, William Grant & Sons, and Woodford Reserve. Thank you to all of our Feed Hospitality donors!

Your tax-deductible donation supports Feed Hospitality, an initiative of CUESA (Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture) and the USBG (United Stated Bartenders Guild) Bay Area Chapter. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by the law. Have questions, or are you interested in making a larger gift? Please contact us at [email protected].

Are you an unemployed hospitality worker interested in signing up for the program? Please contact us at [email protected]
