The Food Change

The Food Change is a bold new public art exhibit and multifaceted educational project from CUESA championing farmers, advocates, and everyday people who are making positive change in our food system. The Food Change will engage thousands of visitors in creating a fair, regenerative, and delicious food future.

Whether you eat, grow, or make food, you are a vital part of The Food Change! Get inspired and take part:

  • Experience the photomurals at the San Francisco’s iconic Ferry Building. The 16 eight-foot-square images by photographer Anne Hamersky in the Ferry Building’s arcades provide an immersive experience designed to provoke thought and conversation.
  • Meet the change makers and dig into resources at thefoodchange.org. Our companion website will help visitors dig deeper into the issues and find resources to take action.
  • Join CUESA for live educational events. CUESA will host public talks, farm tours, and other parties designed around Food Change themes in 2019 and beyond.
