Borage
Similar in flavor and scent to a cucumber, borage leaves can be cooked alone and served as a vegetable, or added to salads and pasta dishes for a light, fresh kick. The small, blue star-shaped borage flowers can be added fresh to salads or candied and used as a garnish for cocktails and desserts.
