Schoolyard to Market: Life Learning Academy
Schoolyard to Market is back at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market! Through a collaboration between CUESA, Urban Sprouts, and local high schools, students are bringing their school garden produce to market. Support garden-based learning and edible education by shopping at the Schoolyard to Market booth.
Location: South Driveway, near Roli Roti
This spring, students will be at the market from 8 am to 2 pm on the following dates:
Saturday, April 13: Life Learning Academy: plant starts (South Driveway)
Saturday, April 20: June Jordan School for Equity: vegetables, herbs, and plant starts (adjacent to CUESA Classroom, south of clocktower)
Saturday, April 27: Life Learning Academy: plant starts (South Driveway)
Saturday, May 11: June Jordan School for Equity: vegetables, herbs, and plant starts (South Driveway)
Saturday, May 18: John O’Connell High School: vegetables and herbs (South Driveway)
