Cocktail: Yerba Buena Gimlet

This recipe was demonstrated on May 14, 2008 at a cocktail demonstration and tasting event during San Francisco Cocktail Week.

Makes one cocktail

INGREDIENTS
1½ ounces Square One organic cucumber vodka
1 ounce Hendrick’s gin (a rose petal and cucumber infused gin)
1 ounce fresh pressed lime juice
Pinch of fresh mint
Cucumber slice wheel
¼ ounce simple syrup

PREPARATION

Muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup into a mixing glass. Add ice and sprits. Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with mint sprig stuffed cucumber wheel on top. Floats on top of the drink as a garnish
