Harvest Fruit Salad

Makes about 2 quarts

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup honey
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lime zest
½ teaspoon cayenne or black pepper
1 basket strawberries
1 basket blackberries
1 small melon
1 pear
3 plums
2 cups grapes

PREPARATION

Juice lemon and orange. Zest lime. Whisk all juices together with the honey and cayenne or black pepper.

Hull and quarter strawberries. Cut the melon, pears, and plums into bite-sized pieces. Destem grapes. 

Gently fold all fruit together and add the dressing. Your fruit salad will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
