Pan Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Serves 4


1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, large
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


  1. Heat the olive oil in pan, add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add blanched asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pan-roast for 2-4 minutes, depending on the size of asparagus.
  3. Remove from burner and add balsamic vinegar and stir; adjust seasoning to taste.
