INGREDIENTS
4 fresh kumquats
½ ounce homemade Falernum (lime/allspice simple syrup)
1½ ounces Cabana Cachaca
Dash of homemade orange bitters (Fee Brothers Orange Bitters are okay too)
Lime zest garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Muddle fresh kumquats and Falernum in a pint glass.  Add Cachaca, bitters, and ice.

  2. Shake vigorously and serve over ice. Garnish with lime zest.
