About

Arielle’s interest in food and farming germinated in her hometown of Chico. After graduating from high school, she set off on an agricultural adventure, working on organic farms around the world, and while living in Israel, she learned how to make almond milk. Arielle was amazed that homemade, fresh almond milk was a lot richer and more flavorful. She came back to Chico and started making her own to sell at farmers markets, using organic California almonds. Beber’s recipe has a higher ratio of almonds to water than most almond milks, which results in a more nutritious and flavorful product.

Sourcing

Beber sources their premium whole, organic Nonpareil and Independence almonds from Baugher Ranch Organics in Orland, near Chico. They also source organic ingredients for their flavored and seasonal almond milks, such as strawberry, pumpkin, and lavender.

Fun Fact

Beber makes almond milk with only two ingredients: almonds and purified water. No preservatives, no thickeners, and no pasteurization.
