About

Old-fashioned recipes and nostalgia have inspired Tina McKnight’s baked goods since she launched Dot’s Baking Pantry in 1985. A recipe hunter since her teenage years, Tina brings over 30 confections to her market stand each week, including a variety of pies, cookies, muffins, cobblers, and other baked treats. Tina is a firm believer in education through food, and her diverse menu provides an opportunity to offer flavors and dishes that may be familiar to some and brand new to others. Goods are prepared and delivered within one day of preparation. Dot’s Baking Pantry is also available to cater special events and parties.

Sourcing

Most produce is sourced through farmers market vendors, and other baking ingredients are sourced through Restaurant Depot.

Fun Fact

Being on the shy side herself, Tina named her baking business after her mother, Dot.
