Since 2012, Mitchell and Jennifer Newberger have brought years of travel, kitchen experience, and passion for simple cooking to their three food trucks throughout the Bay Area. Roadside Rotisserie brings out the flavors of the grill with signature meat rubs created for rotisserie chicken, pork ribs, pork loin, turkey thighs, and more. Colorful, seasonal, and unique versions of classic side dishes accompany the protein of your choice.


Roadside Rotisserie uses organic, free-range, and hormone-free products from local farms as frequently as possible. Proteins are provided by Petaluma Poultry and Rancho Llano Seco.
