Make your farmers market shopping list! Here’s what’s in season this December:

Returning and plentiful this month (weather willing):
Kiwi, white guava, winter squash, Satsuma mandarins, chicories, grapefruit, walnuts, mushrooms, root vegetables, braising greens, Meyer lemons, pomegranates, persimmons, beets, potatoes, sunchokes, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, dandelion greens, baby lettuces, rapini, fennel, kiwi, cabbage

Winding down/ limited supply: 
Berries, grapes, apples, and pears (still available from cold-storage throughout the winter)

Returning this month:
Avila’s Christmas Tree Farm (12/7 and 12/14), and Brokaw Ranch (12/7)

Not to miss this month:
